Dhanurasana

The bow pose opens up the ribcage, allowing the lungs to fully expand and increase their capacity.

By stretching the spine, it improves blood circulation and thus revitalizes all the nerves in it. It strengthens the spine along its entire length and helps with all back problems (compression of the back part and stretching of the front part of the spine).

At the same time, this position helps with digestive problems, constipation, bronchitis and diabetes. In addition, it improves the functionality of the large and small intestine, liver, kidneys and pancreas.

It also stretches and strengthens the abdominal wall. Strengthens arms, thighs and hips.
