Janushirasana and Pashimotthanasana

 

The kneeling position of the head improves the flexibility of the gluteal muscles, ankles, knees, hips and wrists.

It improves digestion, kidney function and strengthens the solar plexus. The stretching position perfectly helps against chronic digestive problems by increasing blood circulation in the internal organs, blood flows to the liver, spleen, pancreas, thyroid, thymus and intestines.

It increases the flexibility of the trapezius and deltoid muscles, biceps, and the muscle tendons of the hips. The combination of both postures is excellent for the immune and lymphatic systems, balances blood sugar levels helps against arthritis.
