BEGINNERS
BIKRAM Class 60´/90´
Basic class
90´ Class - A program of 26 therapeutic Hatha Yoga (physical yoga) postures and two breathing exercises, practiced in a room heated to 42°C.
It is a scientifically designed method of compressing, stretching and strengthening to stimulate all systems of the human body. Each position is practiced twice and systematically prepares the body for the next position. The sequence never changes.
60' class - In this shorter version of the Bikram class you will build stamina in two sets of Standing head to knee, Standing bow pulling and a full therapeutic cobra series focused on strengthening the back muscles on the floor. You won't avoid the two sets of camel and rabbit as well. This is a shorter, maintenance version of the classic 90'Bikram series.
SKILL CLASS
Skill classes focusing on hips, spine, lifts and handstands
Each class focuses on one of these skills and consists of warm-up exercises, conditioning drills and specific practice of positions within all levels of difficulty. Methodologically, they are built to set proper movement patterns and refine the technique of the basic and sport lesson positions. They are a great complement to other sporting activities and an ideal prevention against injuries or other chronic musculoskeletal problems.
INTERMEDIATE
YOGA SPORT CLASS 60´/90´
Dynamic sports class
Program of 41(60 min) or 55 postures (90 min). Unlike the basic Bikram class, which is an absolutely therapeutic series, YOGA SPORT CLASS opens the potential of everyone who practices it. You will immediately begin to improve in the basic class as you leave behind old habits and discover new possibilities. In a 60 minute class you will burn the same amount of calories as in a 90 minute basic Bikram class. It is suitable for all levels and is popular
with our teenagers because the positions are alternated at a dynamic pace. It's just a great class.

It's time to set new goals! Do you want to push yourself further and take on new challenges? Join the training of our sports group and let yourself be guided by the individual approach of our experienced instructors.
Advance classes are back on the schedule from September to May every Saturday at 12:30pm in the Vodickova studio.

CHILDREN'S LESSON
Ideal activity for children
Kids yoga classes (60min) are the ideal activity for children to improve concentration, coordination and physical fitness. Kids classes are designed for children as young as 4 years old. The class is designed in a fun way in an unheated hall where
children learn specially adapted children's yoga postures (asanas) under the guidance of certified teachers.
We practice every Sunday (September - June) from 16:30 in the BIKRAM YOGA PRAGUE Pankrác studio. Parents can wait for their children in the studio and use the studio facilities or refresh themselves in the juice bar.

Distance lessons make sense and make you happy. That's why we've improved this option for you even more, and you can enjoy all the lessons from Vodičkova's studio via a Hight Tech rotating camera and specially adapted sound system, so that our instructions are accurate even in your living room.

2. Book your Live Stream Lesson on the main page.
3. You will receive a confirmation email of your reservation,
where you will also find a link with a password for Zoom.
4. Sign up for your lesson about 10 minutes in advance.
5. After logging in, you will be placed in the so-called waiting room for a while,
where we must first personally confirm your entry to the lesson.
6. Find a quiet place that allows you to concentrate as much as possible on the exercise.
7. Dress appropriately. Thermal T-shirts or several thinner layers are ideal.
